Shipping

I’m open 24/7 and I will communicate with any one of my customers during those hours!

But, I may only ship out processed items on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays of each week!

Shipping costs $13 flat rate and all packages are shipped using 2–3 day Priority Shipping.

I don’t normally ship packages outside of the United States but I will ship internationally if you ask me to.

All sales ARE FINAL and there are no refunds!

BUT, I may decide to provide a (one-time) 100% free RESHIPMENT in certain qualifying circumstances.

I am based in San Francisco, CA (United States) and that is where 99% of my product listings are shipped from.

I will always provide you with your tracking code, but only do so upon request. I do not automatically send you tracking information.

Track17 no longer coincides with USPS but might still work for FEDERAL EXPRESS, DHL, AND UPS, though. I suggest that once your item has shipped, if you want to check on its progress 3, 4, or 20 times a day, that you visit Track17’s website or use the app and do not make your frantic checks on the shipping partners homepage. The internet is no place for privacy! And due to the nature of this business and whatwith the legal grey area, you should protect yourself as well as me by going through a 3rd-party tracing monitor application like Track17.net if you can.

Since Track17 no longer services the USPS provider, and since USPS is my go-to on most orders:

I have more 3rd-party website suggestions for you. I don’t have the same working relationship with Shipstation or AfterShip, but they’re a couple of other web services that passed my rapidly configured website Privacy Policy checklist. And while they’re not my preferred choice, they’ll do for now until Track17 works out whatever problems exist between them and the United States Postal Service.

SHIPPING HOURS:

Shipments start from 9:00 a.m. and go until 3:00 p.m. PDT (Pacific Daylight Time). You have the power to make any changes you might need to your order details before and during those times. After that, once the shipping partners are in custody of your items, I no longer have access to them or the ability to change anything. Afterwards, your items are in their very professional hands. Don’t worry! Like I say: they are professionals! And they’re going to get your package to you as soon as they possibly can.

On occasion I will ship from the stance of a 3rd party, which may be referred to as a “drop-ship,” and in these cases you’re going to see your package originate from either Texas, Florida, or another location in the state of California (e.g. Palm Desert, CA; San Diego, CA; or Santa Cruz, CA).

Even less commonly, you’ll get notified by the admin (that’s me, Smiley =) that your order has been delayed because it originated internationally from one of the laboratories that I get my own RCs from. Tracking information will indicate that your package originated from either Jakarta, Indonesia; Hong Kong, China; or Central Singapore, Singapore.
